    Thermal conductivity is an important index to measure the thermal conductivity and thermal insulation performance of heat-resistant materials. For materials of the same structure, the greater the thickness, the better the thermal insulation performance, and the smaller the corresponding thermal conductivity. At the same size, the thermal conductivity of EPP is far lower than that of PE, PU and other foaming materials, and the thermal insulation is the best.

    The use temperature of EPP is - 40 ℃ - 130 ℃, and the maximum use temperature is far higher than the maximum use temperature of polyethylene foam at 80 ℃. It can also be used well at a low temperature of - 40 ℃. The environmentally-friendly flame-retardant EPP material prepared by modifying polypropylene with environmentally-friendly flame-retardant technology has a slower heat release rate, less smoke generation, and lower hazard in fire. It isolates the flame heat from the outside and restricts combustion. It extinguishes immediately after leaving the fire without dropping, and avoids fire spread.



    EPP insulation box and other products are semi-rigid and integrally formed, with smooth surface, light resistance, wear resistance and abrasion resistance, and can be reused for 1000 times or more. It is oil, water and chemical resistant. The EPP material is stable in structure, free from water and oil, and has good resistance to chemicals. The residual value can be recovered after use, and can be recycled after harmless degradation treatment, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. It does not contain any plasticizer, foaming agent and other additives, and is healthy, harmless, non-toxic and tasteless.
